You have 7 days from delivery to return your Deuzo fan, provided it's undamaged and returned in its original box with all accessories. If your fan arrives with a manufacturing fault — through no fault of your own — we'll send a free replacement.

It'll still run, but we recommend letting it finish charging before use. Running the fan — especially at higher speeds — while it's plugged in puts extra strain on the battery over time. A few minutes' patience now means a longer-lasting fan later.

Keep it in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. If you won't be using it for a few months, store it with the battery at around 50% charge rather than fully charged or fully drained — it keeps the battery healthier long-term.
