Shipping policy
At Deuzo, we currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. We're working on expanding to the wider Gulf region — join our mailing list or check back for updates.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or UAE public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Time Once dispatched, delivery within the UAE typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on your Emirate:
- Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 business days
- Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah: 2–4 business days
Shipping Costs We offer free shipping on all orders within the UAE. No minimum purchase required.
Order Tracking You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at airdeuzo@gmail.com.
Delivery Issues Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — Deuzo is not responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect address information. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll resolve it quickly.
